On June 13 an Armenian-Russian Scientific and Educational Forum was held in the meeting room of the YSU Academic Council, it which was attended by the rector University of Practical Psychology and Sociology “Urartu”, Doctor of Psychology, Professor Sedrak Sedrakyan and Head of the Department of Social Work, International expert on Social affairs Jemma Baghdasaryan.
