Jemma Samveli Baghdasaryan, Head of the Department of Sociology and Social Work of ”Urartu” University of Practical Psychology and Sociology, at the invitation of the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, partook in the international seminar on “International cooperation in the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities”, held in Tashkent on November 7-9, 2023.

At the seminar, she made a speech on the implementation and monitoring of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Representatives from 12 countries were participating in the international seminar.
