Born on December 1, 1990.

2007–2011 – Graduated from the Faculty of Law, “Grigor Narekatsi” University, Stepanakert.
2011–2013 – Completed a Master’s degree in Law at the same university.

WORK EXPERIENCE

2020–present – Head of the Legal Department, Committee of Cadastre and State Property Management of the Republic of Artsakh.
2013–present – Lecturer at the Department of Law, “Grigor Narekatsi” University, Stepanakert.
2020–present – Coordinator and Head of Public and Media Relations, “Union of Reserve Officers of Artsakh” NGO (on a voluntary basis).
2020–2021 – Coordinator of the External Relations Department, “Grigor Narekatsi” University (voluntary basis).

Her works are published in Lebanon, Romania, Abkhazia, Georgia, Russia, Los Angeles, and elsewhere—both in books and in periodicals.
Author of three poetry collections:

• “In the Face of the Sun” (2009)

• “I Have Two Words to Tell You” (2012, with Armenian and Russian sections)

• “Curly-Haired Longing” (2019)

Editor and compiler of “The Word on the Border” (2018), dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Artsakh Movement.
Co-author of the educational manual “The Legal Status of the Child in the Republic of Artsakh” (2021).
Author of children’s songs.
