Participation in the All-Russian IX Scientific and Practical Conference

We are proud to announce that the University of Practical Psychology and Sociology “Urartu” took anactive part in the IX All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference withinternational participation, dedicated to the theme: “InterdisciplinaryAlliance. Disability Prevention and Comprehensive Rehabilitation Assistance forAdults and Children.”Our university was represented at a high level by the Vice-Rector, Candidate of Psychological Sciences Jemma Baghdasaryan, who delivered one of the keypresentations of the conference.Her report highlighted the pri nciples and approaches of the International Classification of Functioning,adopted by the World Health Organization. She presented the possibilities ofapplying the principles of this international framework in medical and socialassessment, rehabilitation, and in accounting for functional limitations andpreserved abilities of individuals, with the aim of improving the targeting ofsocial and psychological services provided.
