The “Urartu” University of Practical Psychology and Sociology emphasizes volunteering as an intergenerational process that enables communities to benefit from shared knowledge, experience, and dedication. Every action and contribution helps build a sustainable, inclusive, and collaborative world.

On the occasion of International Volunteer Day, the University congratulates all volunteers, appreciating and valuing their significant contribution across all over the world.

This year, in 2025, International Volunteer Day carries special significance under the theme “Every Contribution Matters.” This year also marks the official global launch of the International Year of Volunteers for Sustainable Development (IVY 2026). This initiative emphasizes the vital role volunteers play in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and encourages a worldwide movement to recognize and expand volunteer efforts.
