MEETING WITH THE EMPLOYEES OF THE PENITENTIARY SERVICE OF THE RA MINISTRY OF JUSTICE

On October 31, Tsovinar Tadevosyan, head of the department of social, psychological and legal work of the central body of the penitentiary service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and Tsoghik Aleksanyan, the chief psychologist of the same department, were at “Urartu” University. A discussion meeting took place with the teaching staff led by the rector of the university, doctor of psychological sciences, professor S.A. Sedrakyan.

During the meeting, a number of points were discussed, fixed by the Memorandum, the purpose of which was the development of cooperation. The most important ones were:

✓ The issues of organizing training courses for the corresponding staff of the Penitentiary Service, namely psychologists and social workers.

✓ Possibilities of conducting scientific research. The dates of implementation of the programs were fixed.
